My Pregnancy DVD

Well this is my video. It is super easy, but SOMEHOW really keeps you incredibly toned. I did this with my last pregnancy with Kaitlyn and at 18 weeks people didn't even know I was pregnant yet! It was my first pregnancy where I dared to work out. I felt comfortable doing something that was designed for pregnancy per se. It is great for later in pregnancy when you want to work your abs, instead of lying down on your back (which can be dangerous in late pregnancy) it has a lot of alternative positions to work the same muscles.
