Exercise DAY 1

Here I go!!!! I want to stay fit this pregnancy. I will be doing the Quick Fix Prental Workout series, as I did with my last pregnancy. I'm hoping that I will be feeling good enough this 1st trimester to do the workouts, but since I'm feeling just FINE today...I will not delay! No time like the present! My goal is to make it to 10 workouts and then the next 10, the 10 after etc. So for now I'm 1/10...I'm off to exercise :)
